The table illustrates the proportion of clients who had satisfaction with four aspects of three hospitals. Overall, it is clear that Hospital A, where achieved the most satisfactioin in the quality of treatment, while the Hospital C, where dominated with their staff. Furthermore, Hospital B’s patients were experienced equal satisfaction with waiting time.
Looking first on the Hospital A, where its patients recorded the highest level of satisfaction on the quality of treatment at 85%, whereas the patients were less pleased with waiting time at 40%. Moreover, those receiving medical care showed common satisfaction with hospital staff and the high quality of aftercare at 74% and 83%, respectively.
However, people who had treatment at Hospital B, were indicated nearly medium satisfaction starting from 65% to 77% in different aspects. Patients were pleased with hospital staff at 65%, while the quality of aftercare showed 67%. Nonetheless, the quality of treatment demonstrate the highest level of satisfaction at 77%, while the lowest proportion related to waiting time at 50%.
Turning to the Hospital C, where experienced the largest percentage of satisfied patients in its four aspects, the highest satisfaction showed in the aspect of hospital staff at 92%, when the proportion decreased in the quality of aftercare at 82%. In contrast, the waiting time and the quality of the treatment indicated approximately same proportion at 82% and 84%, respectively.
