The table compares the percentages of patients who rated four services of hospital as good in three hospitals (hospital A, hospital B and hospital C).
Overall, it is clear that hospital c received the highest rates from patients in all categories, whereas the opposite trend can be seen in hospital b. It is also worth mentioning that aftercare service and the treatment section had the higher percentages in all hospitals.
Looking at the details of hospital staff, hospital C received the highest rating at 81%, followed by hospital A at 74%. Meanwhile, patients in hospital B had the lowest satisfaction levels with only 38% of them regarding it as good. The similar trend can be seen in waiting time, hospital kept its leading role at 92%. In contrast, hospital B received the lowest percentages at 46% compared with 53% for hospital A.
Regarding treatment, hospital A received the highest percentage at 85%, slightly higher than hospital C at 84%, whereas hospital B recorded the lowest score of 68%. For aftercare service, hospital A and hospital C showed similar figures at 83% and 82% respectively, while hospital B had the lowest rates at only 70%.
