The table gives information about patients’ opinions about four different services in three hospitals, A, B and C. Overall, the hospitals A and C demonstrated the highest ratings in some categories, in contrast to hospital B that showed the lowest statistic. In addition, Hospital C illustrated the most satisfactory treatment, becoming the front-runner.
Focusing on Hospital A first, the figure for treatment and aftercare service became most satisfactory for patients, recording 85% and 83% respectively. The rate of hospital staff also demonstrated a high percentage, at about 74%. However the figure for waiting time was the worst according to patients’ opinion, reaching 46%
Turning to hospital B, it did not place first positions and exhibited the worst performance. The proportion of people satisfied with waiting time made up about 53%, while that of hospital staff was only 38%. The statistic for treatment and aftercare service was also weak, at approximately 68% and 70%, making it less preferable compare to other hospitals.
When it comes to hospital C, it showed the best performance almost in all categories. The figure illustrated that people were most satisfied with the waiting time, which achieved 92% and became the highest percentage. That of hospital staff reached 81%. Treatment and aftercare service also rated highly, at 84% and 82%
