The table presents the proportions of international total clothing sales received by 5 well-known fashion brands as well as other smaller brands in 2015 and 2018.
Overall, smaller brands have the most amount of sales in total out of all the other brands in both years. In spite of that, almost all of the well known and luxury brands all had an increase in sales from 2015 to 2018 except for H&M, whilst the smaller brands sales decreased.
Zara and Uniqlo increased their sales quite significantly with a difference of 3%, 19% to 21% and 9%-12%, respectively. Additionally, Nike and Addidas also presented a slight increase in sales with 14% to 15% and 8% to 9%, respectively.
On the other hand, the sales for H&M decreased by 1% from 17% to 16%. Lastly, the smaller brands sales plummeted drastically from 33% to 27%, the highest recession recorded in the table.
