The table compares the proportion of female senior managers in Eldan, Bamforth and Finsbury from 1975 to 2015.
It is clear that women senior managers significantly increased in the three companies over the 40 years. Moreover, women participating in senior management in Eldan made up the most minimal proportion initially, while it accounted for the largest one finally.
According to the table, Eldan represented the least share(3%) in 1975, showing no significant change until 1985. However, after rising nearly 5 times rapidly, from 1980 to 1985, it showed a substantial upward trend between 1985 and 2000(14%, 28% and 33% respectively), finally reached a peak at 64%, which almost 22 times as larger as the start of the period.
By contrast, Finsbury had the largest percentage of that at the beginning of the period, whereas slightly fluctuated between 1975 and 1985(16%, 14% and 15% separately). However, although the proportion gradually grew from 22% in 1990 to 26% in 2015, it became the least share among the three finally.
In terms of Bamforth, the women senior managers grew steadily compared to the other two from 9% in 1975 to 15% in 1990. Furthermore, it dramatically increased nearly 3 times in the last 15 years.
