Concerning the proportion of female workforce , Japan is the highest among all the countries, at 48%, followed by the United States, at 46%. While , the rate for Australia and Sri Lanka have equal proportion , at 42%. In contrast, Egypt is the lowest than other countries, with 20%.
Also , the percentage of female managers, the data for Australia and the United States have the highest and equal rate , at 43%. While Japan and Egypt are much lower proportion of women employees , at 17% and 12%, respectively. However, Sri Lanka is the lowest , at 9%.
