The data illustrates the proportion of female workers and managers among five different countries.
It is clear that Japan has the highest percentage of women employees, while Australia and the United States both hold first rank of female managers that account in their country. Regarding to work rate, Japan and the United States have approximately one-half of their workers are women. Similarly, Autralia and Sri Lanka also have their work rate for women at 42% and 41%, respectively. This is twofold Egypt as they stands out to be the only one in this column not having a woman-woker rate above two fifths.
Looking at the sex rate managers constituted in their national workforce, we can see that Autralian and American women both taking the lead at 43%. However, Japan female managers only accounted for 17%, which is slightly higher than that of Egypt, at 12. Finally, Sri Lanka ranks last in the list with one tenth of them being managers.
