In general, the only country that had a higher percentage of management than of the labour force was Australia and others had more women in the labour force than in management.
Well developed countries such as the Australia, Japan, and the United States had 42%, 48%, and 46% of their women population in work-force, the respectively. On the other hand, women in management dropped significantly for Japan to 17% and in the USA to 43%. However, only Australia rose to 43% among the First World countries.
Egypt and Sri Lanka’s women-power in labour were consisted 20 and 42 persentages, respectively, of their women population. Egypt’s women in management fell by 8 percent and Sri Lanka decreased to only 9 in management tasks by women.
