Overall, Australia and the United States showed the relatively high figures in the both categories, whreas Egypt recorded relatively low figures. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka and Japan had the notable gap between the two categories.
Looking at the data in more details, both Australia and the United States showed the same figure in management, representing 43%. In the labour force, the United States recorded the higher proportion of women than Australia, at 46% and at 42%, respectively. By contrast, Egpyt accounted for the relatively low figures in both category, at 20% in the labour force, which was nearly half of other countries’s figure, and at 12% in management. Meanwhile, the proportion of women in the labour force in Sri Lanka and Japan represented by around 45%. However the two countries showed the low figures in management, at 9% in Sri Lanka and at 17% in Japan.
