The table compares the distribution of female workers and supervisors throughout Australia, Egypt, Sri Landka, Japan, and the United States.
It is noticeable that both the United States and Australia witness a high proportion of women attending in either workforce or managers. Also, participating in the workforce is more appealing to female employees.
Regarding the two countries with women participation rate being greatest in the list, a notable point is that both Australia and the United States exhibit a comparable share (43%) of women taking part in administrative positions. Apart from this, a considerable 42% of female staffs contribute to the Australian workforce, which is 4% higher than that of its counterpart.
In terms of the remaining nations, Egypt shows a relatively miserable share of women in the workforce and administration, the former being one-fifth and the latter being 12%, respectively, demonstrating the lowest participation rate of women in the workforce. Moreover, there was a mere 9% working as managers in Sri Lanka wherein the involment of female workers in the workforce is slightly over 40%. Ultimately, a sharp 48% and a moderate 9% of Japanese females are involved in the workforce and administrative places.
