The given table compares the feedback of participants of an urban sports club in some sectors such as the club’s activities, facilities and opening hours.
Overall, It is clear that both women and men members are very satisfied with all of the club services. While club facilities is received many very satisfied feedbacks than others in females, opening hours is given those in males.
To begin with,in women a wide range of activities has very satisfied feedback accounting for 35% similar to satisfied and following not satisfied at around 30%. While very satisfied thinking is dominant at more than half followed by satisfied and dissatisfied at approximately 40% and 5% respectively in men. Moreover, very satisfied feedback is on the top of the table in both females and males at around 64% and 65% respectively in club facilities. The former has the almost similar pattern with the latter that is followed by satisfied and dissatisfied at roughly 22% and 14% respectively.
On the other hand, the very satisfaction climbed sharply in women and men at around 72% and 44% respectively in opening hours. In addition, satisfied feedback makes up 25% and the others account for only around 3%. In contrast, the dissatisfied thinking is more than satisfied by those at 8% in men.
