The table illustrates the outcomes of research that was conducted at McGill University every 5 years from 2005 till 2015. Looking from overall perspective, it is readily apparent that while qualities of teaching, library resources and student services experienced an upward trend, there was a downward trajectory for the student services, and quality of sports and social facilities remained unchanged.
In the beginning of the survey- 2015, the level of teaching system at McGill University was 74 percent, and then this indicator dipped slightly to 72 percent. In 2015, it became the third highest quality service at the university with 78 percent. The capacity of library resources remained almost constant from 86 percent to 87 percent. The quality in the student services sector was just over half but rose significantly to 95.
For the all years which survey was carried out, the poorest quality was observed in range of modules which were offered by the university, started as just under two-fifths, and reached its lowest peak of a quarter in 2015. Sport and social facilities leveled off at two-thirds for 10 years.
