Overall, the data reveals a notable increase in student satisfaction regarding student services, whereas the range of modules offered experienced a consistent decline.
In detail, the teaching quality ratings fluctuated slightly over the years, beginning at 74% in 2005, and dipping to 72% in 2010, followed by a rebound to 78% in 2015. Library resources consistently received high scores, commencing at 86% in 2005 and rising to 88% in 2010, before witnessing a slight decline to 87% in 2015. Conversely, student services exhibited a remarkable upward trend, escalating from 54% in 2005 to 81% in 2010, ultimately reaching an impressive 95% by 2015.
The survey also highlights a decline in the range of modules offered, which started at 39 in 2005, decreased to 31 in 2010, and further diminished to 25 in 2015. Notably, the ratings for sports and social facilities remained unchanged at 65% throughout the surveyed years, indicating sustained satisfaction in this area despite variations in other categories.
