The table provides information about the proportion of water usage in four countries, namely Egypt, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Canada.
Overall, it is clear that Egypt and Saudi Arabia are highest water use for agricultural while New Zealand and Canada allocated the majority of water sources to industry. Additionally, the percentage of water use is moderately low in all countries.
Looking at the use of water, we can see that in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, agricultural is the highest in the other water consumption, while both industry and domestic consumption stands at below 10% in Egypt. Next comes Saudi Arabia, which have a relatively similar pattern as agricultural, double the percentage of industry at 64%, domestic just use water 6%.
New Zealand and Canada shows a slightly number different table, where industry is higher than domestic uses agricultural, specially Canada’s figure of 70% is the larghest in four countries. Their consumption of domestic use in New Zealand is around half of Canada. Regarding agricultural, New Zealand is ranked third, with 44%. In contrast, Canada uses a mere 10% of water for this purpose.
