Overall, it is clear that the total number of visitors who went for international travel increased considerably over the period and Europe accounted for the largest number of international traverlers in all years.
In 1990, the amount of visitors from countries around the world witnessed 448.9 millions, while over 80 millions Americans and 60.2 millions from Asia and the Pacific region. About 18.2 millions visitors travelled internationally in this year, whereas Middle East had only 9.8 million.
The number of Europe traveller continued to rise to hit a new high of 400.2 in 2005. Asia and the Pacific rose dramatically from over 80 millions in 1995 to 135.8 millions of travelers in 2005.Similarly, the number of Africa improved progressively by 28,7 millions. Meanwhile, the international visitors from America grew to 118.2 millions, before declining to 113.2 millions visitors in 2005.
