Spain and the United Kingdom each spent just under 35%, while France was ranked fifth with 22%. When it comes to the category of housing, the UK was the country with the highest expenditure, at 37%, and Germany followed, with 33%. France and Turkey each spent under 35%, and Spain was ranked fifth with 18%.
In the category of clothing and entertainment, Germany was the country with the highest spending, at 15%, while the opposite was true for France, which spent only 7%. For entertainment, Germany also dominated, at 19%, while Turkey spent the least, at only 10%.
