Overall, the three countries are each expected to have a higher number of senior citizens as the years progresses.
In the year 1988, Canada recorded 16.45% of people aged 65 and above and this was the lowest number predicted to be recorded amongst the years. In 2000, the population grew to about 20.65%, before finally settling to 26.35% in 2030. Out of all the countries provided, Germany is expected to witness the highest number of growth amongst the aged community in 2030, at 30.65%. The lowest population of canadian senior citizens was recorded in 1988, when there was only about 20.35% of them.
The United Kingdom was the country with the least amount of older residents, its lowest number was recorded in 1988 at 14.80% but it is expected to grow by 2030 to about 20.45%.
