Overall, altough meat,eggs and nuts were initially popular type who intake calories, it was overtaken by added fat towards the end of the survey. In contrast, the number for fruit and vegetable consumption the least significant throughout the period.
People cosumption calories from the meat, eggs, and nuts were dominant entire period, decreasing slightly from 465 calories in 1970, to 455 calories in 1990, while soaring to 480 by 2010. Moreover the Grains were ranked second which calories absorbed from stood at 430 in 1970, growing steeply over the period finally reaching just around 625. Meanwhile, added sugar and fat started similarly at around 400, surging with 445, and 460 respectively. In 2010, the added sugar exhibited rose rapidly reached 460, while the added fat climbed and peaked at 640, with it becoming dominance figure. However the figure of fruit showed the smallest rate started at 70 in first year, going up to 85 in 1990, only to remained static until 2010.
