Moreover, print resources was always the highest category but range of modules offered was the least significant for 10 years. Additionally, the percentage of good ratings for building/teaching facilities remained stable over a decade

In terms of print resources, there was a slight fluctuation in this field between 87% and 91% over a decade and this aspect also became the highest category at the end of 10-year period .in contrast, the proportion of range of modules offered received high ratings fluctuated around 7% and it was the lowest group throughout 10 years. Interestingly, building/teaching facilities got positive responses always remained the same at 75% from 2000 to 2010
