Based on the chart, in 2000, 63% of students give good ratings at technical quality and remain the same for 5 years, and it increased to 69% of students rating by 2010. Following that, print resources had 87% if students rating in 2000, the figure went up to 95% in 2005. However, in declined to 91% by 2010.
There were 45% of students give a good rating to electronic resources, for next 10 years, the figure keep increasing and stop at 89% of students rating in 2010.Furthermore, 33% of students rating to range of modules offered in 2000, it gradually went down and stop at 26% of students rating in 2010. Lastly, 75 of students give good rating at bulding/teacher facilities in 2000 and remained the same until 2010.
Overall, Technical quality and electronic resources had an increased students good rating over period, while print resources and range of module offered declined. In addition, only building/teacher facilities remained the same rating.
