The presented table elucidates the perspectives of club members and general public about the new theater in a specific area in 2012, regarding the facilities, information and quality.
In a broad overview, club members expressed a significant satisfaction with the new theater in comparison with the general public, especially about the quality of the installation. In contrast, both groups gave a relatively lower rating for information.
Club members were positive about the quality the most, with 88% of respondents ranking it as excellent and only 2% gave a lower rating. Similarly, facilities accounted for 72% club members estimating as excellent. The lowest-rated aspect, however, was information section, comprising 54% excellent, 30% satisifed and 16% poor rating.
Regarding general public, it was more critical about the new theater overall. Highest rating was received by information, with 66% people having a positive view; correspondingly, 64% the masses had an excellent experience with theater’s facilities. Contrary to previous patterns, quality was considered excellent by only 53% public, followed by 40% satisfaction and 7% poor.
