Education is one of the most essential aspects in the world, and the table below provides the quantity of universities that were ranked in the top 200 around the world in three fields: biology, medicine, and psychology, in five countries in 2011. The USA was the country that had the most top 200 universities, and the lowest was New Zealand.
In these regions, the quantity of universities that had rankings in the top 200 mostly concentrated in the USA, at 69 universities, which were followed by the UK, at nearly 30 universities. Similar to biology, the USA also peaked with 54 universities that had ranked in the top 200 regarding medicine, and if we total all from the others, it could not surpass the USA. Meanwhile, the USA was also on top with 58 academies ranked in the top 200 regarding psychology, which was double the UK.
On the other hand, New Zealand was absolutely miserable; this country had the lowest number of universities in all subjects in these areas.
