In Norway, the percentage of women accounted for 36% in parliament, and over half of managers with 52% , followed by Canada with 28% in parliament and 37% in management. Although Italy recorded a lower percentage in parliament seats (at 10%) after Uruguay, it had the largest share of female managers, at 54%. Meanwhile, Uruguay had the smallest share of women in parliament, at just 8%.
As for the remaining countries, Canada reported 28% of parliamentary leaders who were held by women, and 37% of managers. In Tobago and Trinidad, women accounted for less than a fifth of parliamentary seats (19%) but twice as much in management (40%). Uruguay saw a significant difference in both aspects, with only 8% female parliamentarians and 37% female managers.
