The tables delineate the opinions based on satisfaction level of both club members and the general public towards a new theatre.
In general, satisfaction level of two groups towards the quality of production and information about the plays or performances to the public witness similarities. However, in terms of facilities in the theatre, the divergence in opinions between two cohorts is remarkable.

In terms of production quality, 70% of club members and 67% of general public appreciate its excellence. This proportion for information is even higher with 72% of club members and 88% of general public. While over 10% of two groups feel disappointed about the quality, it is recorded that only 2% – 5% of people note information about the plays or performances as poor.
When it comes to facilities of the theatre, it can be recognized that three-fourth of club members appreciate these whereas over a half of general public think these are high-quality. There is minor divergence in the proportion of people choosing “satisfactory”. Meanwhile, there is a stark contrast in the percentage of club members and the general public who perceive the facilities as poor, particularly 2% of club members but above a quarter of general public.
