The tables compare the opinions of the urban citizens regarding six aspects of life from a survey in 1980 and 2010.
Overall, the level of pleasantness in almost
all fields of society showcased an upward trend, excluding education.However, though the neutral opinions from inhabitants decreased, half of public services received worse ranking throughout this period.
During the 30-year range, the satisfaction levels for retail, health care, transportation and housing recorded a positive improvement, rising to 81, 83, 67 and 65 citizens respectively. On the other hand, the other areas, such as education and environment declined from 82 to 76 and 72 to 64 , in order. Meanwhile, the tendency of people to remain neutral in opinion in all aspects were dropped in 2010.
In terms of dissatisfaction, the environmental sectors showed a notable rise of negative sentiment, escalating from 8 to 20 people, followed by accommodation with 18 people .The figure for education was in the same trend which nearly doubled compared to its in 1980 at 11%. Conversely, the number of people who were unhappy at the remaining sectors as health care and transportation gained brighter results, declined to 7 and 11 people, respectively. Similarly, retail also dropped from 14 to 10 people in this period.
