The table illustrates the final two surveys completed in 1980 and 2010 under the necessity of city living (education, healthcare, etc).
Overall, it indicates that in 1980, there were fewer people disliking the aspects of living in the city, while on the other hand, in 2010, more people started to hate and foresee the disadvantages of city life. The most unfavored resource was transport in both 1980 and 2010. Moreover, the highly preferred tool was education in both the following years.
From the table, it was identified that the most dramatically increased public good was education. It went from having 72 votes to 82, with an expansion of 10 more votes. However, the most noticeable decrease was in healthcare. It changed from having 82 votes to having 72. This means that the preference for education and healthcare has switched vice versa. Ultimately, the enjoyment rate for the environment has kept a steady pace, with only one decrease in votes.
In conclusion, the three most noticeable unenjoyed utilities in both years were the shops, employment, and transportation. Though the employment rate has increased significantly, from 62 to 72, it still does not exceed the other three most favored public goods. Transportation was the most decreased aspect, as it went from 52 to 39 enjoyment.
