In general, it is clear that living people were most satisfied with healthcare in 1980 and education in 2010. Interestingly, inhabitants selected transport as the badest aspect in both 1980 and 2010.
Looking at the details, good education was increased from 72 to 82 and also bad edaucation was did from 5 to 9 in the given period. However Neither good nor bad education experienced a decrease in 23 to 11. Good healthcare was the highest at 82 in 1980. But, the people thinking neither good nor bad healthcare grew by 4 and bad healthcare also went up same between in 1980 and 2010. In environment case, local people thinking good aspect almost did not change. However, neither good nor bad was decreased by 9 percent and bad was increased by 10 percent.
