Overall, there was a mixed change among the five main features with only the rate of insurance experienced an upward trend while the proportion of other worker’s salaries witnessed a downward tendency. Meanwhile, the remaining figures fluctuated over the given period.
The rate of fees for insurance rose steadily from 2% in 1981 to 3% in 1991, then up to 8% in 2001. In contrast, Other worker’s salaries had the opposite changes compared with insurance. In other words, the percentage of salaries for other workers decreased about 7% to 8% each decade which were 22% and 15%, respectively
The proportion remaining featured involved teacher’s salaries, resources and furniture and equipment fluctuated. To be specific, the percentage of teacher’s salaries rose dramatically from 40% in 1981 to 50% in 1991 before had a drop to 45% in 2001. The rate of costs for recourses increased slightly from 15% in the first year to 20% in 1991 which was followed by a surge to 9% in 2001. Lastly, the percentage of furniture and equipment decreased significantly from 15% in 1981 to 5% in 1991, then rose remarkably to 23% after another decade
