The 2 timetables displayed a change for the weekend swimming schedule at Newton Swimming Pool. Overall, only certain classes are affected, and the operating hours remain from 9 AM to 6PM for both Saturday and Sunday.

For Saturday, the schedule is reorganized for children’s classes, and shortened to end at 2 PM instead of 5 PM. The original timing for children’s beginner, intermediate and water safety on Sunday were combined to Saturday slots. In addition, the Newton’s pool have added a new water polo lesson for children on their empty slot at 12 PM to 1 PM.

Sunday classes however, begin much later at 12 PM and ends in the afternoon 4PM, only for adults learners. Adults intermediate on 2 PM Saturday were moved to 12 PM Sun, and advanced adult changed to Sunday 2 PM. Beginner lesson for adults that was originally on Sunday however, have been removed and may have renamed it to water safety class, which is conducted twice at 1 PM and 3PM

The reorganizing of the timetable is encouraging for parents to designate only a day in the weekend to send their children for swimming lessons and spend family time on the other day.
