This is the big picture of grand design for housing estate remodelling.

The housing estate currently only having one type house, four bedroom houses only. The new one provides three type housing with one, two, and three bedroom houses. Therefore, this would reach a broad variety of customers who will consider to buy a house in the new estate.

The private road of this estate is also shorter than the new concept housing that are easy to reach from all house. While the old one only have half circle way in the middle of estate.

the new one, has a broad of new facilities such are lake, flower garden, and tennis court to enhance the quality living of people who live in this new housing.

With the remodelling, there is a new area like mini forest in the back of new estate. People would enjoy to do the nature activities on the weekends with their family.
