The two given maps show information about a housing estate now and its appearance after reconstruction.

Overall, the central places in this area have undergone a size reduction, which helps more buildings to be constructed. In addition, the type of accommodation has changed, with a new arrangement.

Several changes have occurred in the upper half of the land. While the main road at the top of the maps has remained the same, the size of the spaces surrounded by the private road will be reduced to one-third, connecting with an upcoming flower garden via the private road. Due to a large area left when reducing the size of the spaces, a lake and a tennis court will be built on the two sides of the private road, left and right, respectively.

Changes in the type of homes and the installation of a facility are also witnessed at the bottom of the estate. While there will be a long parking place for local residents, all local houses, which have four bedrooms, will be transformed into one, two, or three-bedroom houses and will be symmetrical on both sides of the flower garden.
