Looking from an overall perspective, a variety of distinct areas has been added to the plan, with mostly of them being constructed in the middle of the map at the expense of the greenery.
Regarding the current housing estate, four-bedroom houses are the only type of accommodation constructed in the area with their locations being scattered. Furthermore, one noticeable feature is that trees are adjacent to each house, all together creating an expanded green space. Additionally, the private road and the main road is connected; the prevailing area shows no sign of recreational sectors.
Taking a glance at the plans of reconstruction, the replacement the four-bedroom houses to one, two, three-bedroom bedrooms is going to be induced with a significant number of trees being cut down to make way for the erection of new sectors. Alongisde with that, the construction of the parking area at the bottom of the map, the flower garden in the middle, the tennis court to the right and the lake to the left is included; the private road is going to be then extended to reach these freshly – to be built places.
