At present, the housing estate mainly consists of several four-bedroom houses surrounded by trees. These houses are located along a private road that connects to the main road at the top of the map. The layout is rather simple, with no public facilities or recreational spaces.

After the redevelopment, the area will undergo significant changes. The four-bedroom houses will be replaced by a mixture of one, two, three-bedroom houses, providing more variety in accommodation. In the center of the estate, a large flower garden will be created, surrounded by the new houses. To the north, a lake and a tennis court will be added, offering residents more leisure opportunities.
