The two maps compare before and after some changes that were made to the island’s tourist infrastructure.
Overall, there were numerous developments including accommodation, reception area, a restaurant and transport routes while the natural environment such as trees and beach were preserved.
Before the constructions, it can be seen that the there was totally empty with only a few trees planted to the right of the island and a beach which could not be used for swimming. There was no artificial modification for tourist purposes.
After the transformation, significant conversions were made. A pier was built leading to the reception area which was constructed in the centre of the island. Surrounding the reception, several accommodations were erected, separated into two directions, one is located to the west and another one to the east. Additionally, footpaths and vehicle tracks were developed to connect areas. A restaurant was also introduced above the reception, which could be accessible by vehicle track. The beach still remained but it was renovated as a swimming area.
