The maps illustrate the existing plan and proposed plan of Melvin Island.
It is clear that there are a number of modifications made in the maps of melvin Island mainly motel and swimming pool and spa. It is also noticeable that the garages and tea rooms are removed and added new build like airport, Marina and seafood restaurants are constructed.
Looking at the maps in the more detail,the existing plan on the Northwest corner there was a Motel and a garage area removed which will be build by a new large hotel and a chalets. Moreover,in present plan,there are two Woodland area available in peak and Northeast side which top Woodland area replaced and build will be new golf course and Woodland will be decrease in proposed plan.
For the regaining changes, the airport and Marina on southeast of the map were new construction in proposed plan. In addition, in existing plan there are two farmlands and one has been converted build a new swimming pool and Spa in proposed plan. Lastly, there is a village between the two maps, this has not change.
