In general, most graduates expected to work in private clinics. Meanwhile, schools and universities employed a larger proportion of students than projected.
In terms of predictions, in all of the anticipated categories, private clinics account for 69 percent of graduates who believe that they would pursue a career in this field. In contrast, only 16 percent ended up as psychology students. Moreover, only 3 percent work for the community agencies sector whereas predicted sectors of 13 percent.
Regarding the other categories such as education and hospitals or medical centres, they predict 8 percent while the actual figures reveal a different pattern, there are 46 percent of education and 26 percent of hospitals or medical centres for actual working agencies . In summary, the number of psychology students working in other areas is significantly higher than 8 percent compared with 2 percent projectively.
