The pie charts illustrate total world energy consumption and electricity generation for previous year.

Overall, oil and coal were the dominent source of total energy consumption and electricity generation respectively.By contrast, Hydro and oil accompained by other sources had minor contribution in world’s total energy consumption and electricity generation respectively.

Firstly,oil was the main source of energy consumption which includs 34.3% followed by coal which is 25.1% while, coal was the major source of electricity generation which constitute 39.8% accompained by gas which is 19.6%. Furthermore, gas contributed 20.9% into energy consumption.Hydro 2.2% ,nuclear 6.5% and combustion renewables & waste 10.6% had minor contribution in energy consumption .By contrast, oil 6.7% , nuclear 15.7% and hydro 16.1% had statisfied amount of contribution in electricity generation.

In addition, other resouces which includes 0.4% and 2.1 had small involment in total world energy consumption and electricity generation respectively.
