Overall, from the given chart, it is notable that the elderly eat more healthy products than younger ones. Moreover, females consume more portions of crops than females with a slight difference.
In the age between 19 to 24, people experienced eating the lowest amount of fruits and vegetables, reaching only 15% for males, and around 16% for females. Considering other age group, it is clear that individuals who were 25-34 and 36-44 years old, consumed much more healthy groceries. For man, the percentage was 20%, with a slight increase to 21%, while women had 21% and 25% in the 36-44 age group as well.
Furthermore, the elderly (55-64 years old) reached a peak in the consumption of natural products with 31% for males, and around 34% for females. However, for older people the percentage was lower. People who were at the age of 65-74, had approximately 26% for man and almost 30% for women. Nevertheless, the group of individuals around 75 years old and above, ate the same number of portions for both males and females, reaching 20% total.
