Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing with regard to the complaints made by the visitors of our company to reception area of your hotel where they arrive.
During the business summit held in your hotel, our guest raises their concerns about the availability of chairs in the reception area. As a result, among the 25 participants only 10 are able to seat and the rest are standing for about an hour. Furthermore, the available seats are not comfortable as they are not covered with foams resulting a pain on their back and shoulders.
I believe that this area is vital for a hotel. For instance, while waiting for someone or for the certain event to start people can seat there and relax for a moment. This will also provide a positive first empression for your hotel as this is the first area that can be seen when someone enters the building.
I suggest from you good office to provide comfortable chairs or a big sofa that can accomodate a large number of guest. This will allow your customers to book for them to experience your service the next time.
Yours faithfully,
Juven
