Dear Mr. van Dick,
I am writing about our reception area at our head office. Our visitors are unhappy about some aspects of this space. I would like to propose how to improve it according to this feedback.
Some of our visitors have mentioned that the receptionist does not smile at them and even replies not very polite. They have also marked the outdated view of the administrator’s workplace, particularly the pillars and heating problems, probably air conditioning.
In my opinion, the reception area is the face of any entity. I suppose you will agree with me, therefore the above issues should be eliminated or upgraded.
First, creating a more positive receptionist’s work environment allows to raise the company’s prestige. For this, I suggest calling a technician to tackle the air conditioning. I believe she does not feel so good in her workplace because of the heating or even air conditioning. Therefore, I suggest calling a technician to tackle this issue. Second, let’s change or redecorate two old-fashioned pillars around the main reception, that also improve the overall impression. And finally, it is best to avoid the current cleaning solution as it will leave an unpleasant smell after use.
I believe that implementing these suggestions will make a positive impression and feel more comfortable for most of our visitors.
Yours sincerely,
Mart da Lura
