Band 7+: Write an email to the restaurant's manager in about 150-200 words. Your email should do the following things: State what problems you had with the food you ordered. Complain about the service. Describe how you want the restaurant to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Dear Sir, I am writing to you to express my deep dissatisfaction with my visit to your restaurant last night. I feel the experience I had was well below the standard you normally offer.

I ordered as always my favorite dish at your restaurant. The dish was nothing like it usually is, it was absolutely tasteless. The meat was dry and no seasonings were used, it was basicaly inedible.

When I talked about the problem with the waiter, not only he didn’t offer any solution or compensation for the problem, he was also wery rude.

I was deeply offended by his behaviour. Because of this I must insist on a full refund and I also think I am entitled to an apology. I hope this matter can be solved promptly.

Best regards Jon Doe
