Dear Restaurant Manager,
I visited your restaurant last Friday for dinner with my wife. We were both extremely excited on our way there, but by the end of our night, we were regretful to have made the reservation at all. We were not greeted when we walked into the restaurant and spent quite a few minutes standing around waiting for someone to guide us to a table.
After sitting down and looking over the menu, we ordered the surf & turf pasta, the 4 cheese pizza. Our server seemed to be in a sour mood while taking our order and definitely did not try to note down our special request of switching out the goat cheese for blue cheese on our pizza. When our food arrived, not only were our requests not satisfied, our surf & turf pasta was undercooked! My wife and I were at the restaurant celebrating our anniversary and this was not the way we expected the night to go.
Considering your restaurant’s reputation, I believe you should address the issues mentioned above to ensure that the restaurant continues to upkeep its rating. I believe these problems can definitely be resolved through better training.
