I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had last week at your restaurant.
As the restaurant is famous, we thought of spending some time evening and having our dinner, but the experience was not satisfactory. We ordered some chicken starter and asked to keep it less spicy, followed by some main courses like rice and curry, and some fruit juices. The taste of the food was not great, and the chicken fries were spicier; my kids were not able to eat them.
Firstly, the waiting time for the order was more than expected; we had to wait for 30 minutes to get our order, and secondly, my son spilled the juice on his shirt, so I had to take him to the restroom. Unfortunately, the restrooms were not hygienic and were not maintained.
I would like to suggest that you reduce the wait time for orders by employing more staff who can quickly respond to visitors’ needs. And, have a staff to do regular check-ins in the restroom to keep them clean.
Considering your restaurant’s reputation, I believe you should address the issues mentioned above to ensure that the restaurant continues to maintain its rating. I believe these problems can be resolved through better training.
