Dear Manager,
I am reaching out to make a complain regarding my recent visit at your restaurant on Aug 20. We were told that you are off on that day and I will have to write an email if there is anything.
We order the chicken stew on the menu but it was undercooked. When cutting through it, the meat is still red and bloody. We notified the server but were told that it was meant to be like that. We asked if it is possible to get it cooked thoroughly but were told that it is not possible. The server did not seem to be apologetic at all and when asked to get the manager.
Furthermore, when we asked for more water for the table, we did not get any. The server was relatively rude. Since we had a bad experience with the food, we decided not to get any dessert but the server got pissed off and told us the leave the restaurant right away.
It was overall a very unpleasant visit and would appreciate it if you could provide me with a reasonable solution to what’s next. Hope to hear from you soon.
