Dear Sir/Madam.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to complain about the problem with the changing rooms in your sports centre.

Last week I began visiting the activity centres and so I wanted to change in to my sports attire. I went into the changing room and found the place very dirty, especially the floor and toilets. And this could however cause infections to the human system such as urinary track infection and inconveniences to individuals.

Then I spoke to a staff about this issue and he said it will be sorted out but it never did, so I had to call the telephone line and I spoke to another colleague and she said samthing.

In my opinion, I would suggest you assign all your staffs a day each to go check the dressing room to see if it is clean and convenient for use. This could be done by drawing a rota of all the employees and their signing days.
