Dear team,

I hope you all are doing well! As you all know our annual work party is coming up next month and I believe that it is important to take advice from all of you regarding the arrangements.

Reflecting on last year’s event there could be certain things that needs to replace. For example, last year the catering services was not superior. As some of our guests were left without serving any food. So, we will work out this year togtehr to get a exclusive food services. Moreover, the sound system last year was too much noisy and it was hard for people to talk to each other. So, the plan for this year is to set up some sift music. So, that everyone can enjoy their surroundings as well.

Furthermore, this year we will arrange some activities and games to play at the party. So, everyone can enjoy their time and do not get bored. I decided to set up a meeting for party at the main lounge of the company at second floor on the 31st of this month.
