Dear John,

Hello, I hope you are perfectly well and healthy. I am writing to you this letter because of our country’s national event. The Kirkpinar oily wrestling is a perfect time to visit Turkey.

Firstly, let me tell you about oily wrestling. It is some kind an early version of the modern wrestling but the wrestler whom we call pehlivan pours twenty liters olive oil on their whole bodies. They are just wearing shorts nothing more.T his is the one of the oldest sporting event in the world. In Edirne they are gonna make 700th-year anniversary this summer. This is not just a sporting event this is a kind of festival for local people. People comes to Edirne from all around Turkey for only this event.

So when we were university you told me you would come to Turkey in the next years. Next month is the perfect time for your visit. I hope you do not have any other plans for this July. I would like to see you and also my family asked me about you and i told them probably you would come. They want you to come and stay with us. They missed you ass well. This event is very important for Turkish people because they call oily wrestling is our ancestor sport. So people are thrilled for this sporting event. I think you will like it. You should come. I am waiting for you.
