The graph illustrates the data of employees receiving support at different ages.
Overall, the youngest employees receive more support than other people. Over time, the amount of promotion being given drops.
The young employees receive a lot of promotion. People under 26 years old receive more support than those of older ages. This proves that young people are demanding. Between the ages of 26 and 29, the support given is less, however, not significantly.
The least amount of support is received between the ages of 30 and 39. The support given between the ages of 30 and 39 is approximately 2 times lower than that given to young employees. Elderly people receive approximately 45 supports. It seems that elderly people are respected.
