Overview, Fuel percentage is rated on a scale of 0 to 10. Slovakia was always the highest level until Greece was the lowest compared to all.
The highest country was 9,5 in 2009 and became almost level 8 in 2010. Despite this Slovakia still held on to first . Second place was occupied Austria and France,
they don’t make much difference in 2009. They was three levels less than is first place. However, Austria decreased one level, France has not changed in a year. Additionally Poland was such as France on the 6 level and decreased by one. On the fifth level were Spain and EU average, after a while it decreased by 1 and 1,5.
The lowest was at the last country Greece in 2009 and 2010, that was on the first and boost level 1 in 2010.
