To commence with, highest numbers of visitors dissatisfied before refurbishment which was two fifth (40) and thirty percent (30) of people dissatisfied in the same year. No response, very dissatisfied and very satisfied increase sequentially by 5 percent stated from 5, 10 and 15. During the year before refurbishment three quater thousands of people were visited.
Moreover, During the year of refurbishment increased the number of people which was 18000 thousands at Ashdown Museum and touch 92000 individuals. After one year of reconstruction of museum very satisfied people were riced more than double than past (35). Satisfied visitors also increased by 10 percent and touch 40. Drastic downfall seen in the numbers of dissatisfied people which was less than half (25) and very dissatisfied also decrease half of the visitors. finally, no response people were same in the both year before and after re constructed.
Overall, It clearly seen that drastic increased and decreased in sequentially very satisfied and dissatisfied review given by visitors. Apart from this, no response people were same in both years.
